How will I know that my order is placed successfully?

After successfully placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS and email with your order details and Order ID.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you another SMS and email with the shipping details.
Now, all you need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your amazing product(s) to arrive!

How do I receive my order?

Every order is securely packed in a fully sealed package to guarantee your products arrive in perfect condition.

I tried placing my order using my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What’s happening here?

First, please check your bank account to confirm if the amount has been debited. In case your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount is usually refunded by the bank within 10 business days.

If the issue persists, kindly visit our Help Center and provide the necessary details to raise a ticket. Our team will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

Why am I not getting a COD option?

If the COD option is unavailable, it means this service is not supported in your postal code. You can choose to pay using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or opt to have the products delivered to an alternate address where COD is available.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please try using a different payment method. If the problem continues, reach out to your bank or contact our support team for assistance.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Items purchased from UnityVogue are eligible for return/exchange, Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact.

No, COD handling charges are non-refundable

Is there any option to try the product before buying it?

I wish to add a few more products to my order. Will it be possible?

The product I want to return was bought at a discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

You will receive a refund for the amount paid at the time of purchase, minus any COD charges.

 Does UnityVogue deliver products outside India?

At the moment, we are only delivering products within India.
